FILM AND ADHESIVES
Solvent type adhesives are normally used. The film is fed from an adjustable unwind shaft through a reverse roller coating head fitted with adjustable roll. The film wed can be raised from the coating roller without stopping the machine. The adhesive is continuously circulated and filtered on each return cycle to the reservior.
LAMINATION
The adhesive coated film is dried by passing over the heating chamber thermostatical controlled and by blown hot air. The film bonded to the printed sheets between the chromed steel and rubber laminating pressure rollers.
DELIVERY
Delivery of finished lamination is through the back of the laminator to rewind shaft. Sheet may be separated immediately if desired.
ELECTRIC CONTROLS
Electric Controls are housed in a neat desk mounted unit easily controlled by operator.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is minimum and access to all parts of the machine is quick and simple. Window doors at the front and rear of the machine allow full visibility during operation.
